Spend on what works
Stop paying for things because they were offered. Put the money where your customers actually come from.
Most local businesses market by reflex: a bit of Facebook, a Yell renewal, a leaflet drop when it's quiet. Strategy is deciding what to do and what to stop doing, based on where your best customers actually come from and what you can afford. We give you that in a 90-day plan you can read in ten minutes and act on this month.
£295 + VAT, credited against your first month if you go ahead. The plan is yours to keep either way.
Marketing without a plan means paying for things because they were offered, not because they were the next right thing.
on the few things that workMost local businesses have two or three channels that produce nearly all their work. The plan finds them and doubles down.
mattersAds before the profile is fixed, a website before the offer is clear: the wrong order wastes months and money.
decides the planA £400 plan and a £1,200 plan are different plans, not the same plan done slower. We build the right one for your number.
Strategy that sounds like common sense once you've heard it, written down so it actually happens.
The Marketing Plan Session is a 90-minute working session, in person or on video, with Derryn and Stefan. We come having done the free audit, so we already know how you show up online. We talk about your best customers, your best jobs, where they came from, what you've tried, what you can comfortably invest, and where you want to be in a year.
Within a few days you get a written 90-day plan: the goal, the two or three channels that will do the work, what we'll do in weeks 1–2, month 2 and month 3, what it costs, and what "good" looks like at day 90. It also says what we're deliberately not doing yet, which is often the most useful part.
If you go ahead, the £295 is credited against your first month and the plan becomes the first quarter of our work together. If you don't, you keep the plan and can act on it yourself. Either way you've had thirty years of marketing judgement applied to your business for the price of a decent tool.
Audit to written plan in about ten days. Plans are reviewed every quarter for as long as we work together.
We look at how you show up online before we meet, so the session starts from facts.
90 minutes together on your customers, your numbers, your budget and your goals.
A one-page plan with the goal, channels, actions, budget and what good looks like. Yours to keep.
Results reviewed together; the next 90 days and the budget agreed. The plan evolves as your business does.
The practical benefits owners notice.
Stop paying for things because they were offered. Put the money where your customers actually come from.
A short, ordered list beats a vague intention. You and we both know what happens this week.
£300 a month and £1,200 a month get different plans, each one honest about what it can achieve.
Thirty years of seeing what works and what doesn't, applied before you spend, not after.
Every quarter we look at what the plan produced and change it. No autopilot.
Marketing and technology in the same room, so the plan is buildable, not just clever.
We don't sell packages. We work as your marketing team, and the plan is built around what you can comfortably invest for the next six months.
Every business has a different starting point, a different level of competition and a different budget. So rather than ask you to pick a tier, we ask one question: what can you comfortably invest each month for the next six months? Then we build a 90-day plan around that number, with named deliverables and a clear picture of what "good" looks like at day 90.
We review the plan and the budget together every quarter. It can go up, it can go down, and you own every account, profile and asset throughout. Retainers start with a three-month commitment, then run monthly with 30 days' notice. Plans start from £300 a month.
All prices exclude VAT. Three-month minimum to start, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. You own every account, profile and asset.
No. The session produces a plan you can act on with or without us, and it often includes things we don't sell (a referral scheme, a pricing change, a partnership with a local business). If we're the right people to deliver part of it, we'll say so; if not, we'll say that too.
Because it's real work: an audit beforehand, 90 minutes of two experienced people, and a written plan afterwards. Charging for it means we do it properly and you take it seriously. It's credited against your first month if we work together.
Especially then. The less you have to spend, the more it matters that it goes on the right thing in the right order. Plans start from £300 a month and the session will tell you honestly what that can and can't achieve.
Rough numbers (turnover, average job value, how many enquiries you get), where your recent customers came from, what you've tried before, and an idea of what you can comfortably invest. If you don't know some of these, that's fine; working it out is part of the session.
Yes, that's the point. Marketing and technology in the same room means the plan is buildable, and you meet both the people you'd be working with.
Because a fixed package suits the seller, not the business buying it. Two businesses in the same trade can need completely different work. We ask what you can comfortably invest, build a plan to fit, and show you exactly what you get for it before you commit. Plans start from £300 a month. It all begins with a free 20-minute call and a free audit worth £300.
If your customers come from your local area, yes: trades, home services, clinics, dentists, salons, garages, restaurants, solicitors, accountants and more. We cover Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Croydon and the surrounding areas. See who we work with.
Ninety minutes with Derryn and Stefan, in person across South East London or on video, and a written 90-day plan within a few days. If you go ahead with a plan, the £295 is credited against your first month. If you don't, the plan is yours to keep and act on. Start with the free audit and we'll take it from there. It starts with a free 20-minute call, and it's worth £300.
